Bir yanda zenginlik varken di\u011fer yanda fakirli\u011fin kol gezdi\u011fi \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fclkedeki sorunlar\u0131 irdeliyor. Bilim, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, sanat, insan haklar\u0131, hukuk, ilerleme, geli\u015fme, kalk\u0131nma, Bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, ayd\u0131n, Bat\u0131l\u0131 ayd\u0131n tipi gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da kavram ele al\u0131yor. Okunduk\u00e7a, tekrar okunuyor, sonra durulup d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. O kadar anl\u0131 \u015fanl\u0131 bir tak\u0131m kelime ve kavramlar\u0131n hi\u00e7 de masum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bat\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n d\u00fcmen suyuna girip, i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131p, ondan medet uman tiplerden bahsediyor. Egemenlerin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn her yerde etkisini hissettirdi\u011fi bir ortamda baz\u0131 \u015feyler nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulacak? \u00d6rne\u011fin televizyondaki tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda k\u00f6rler sa\u011f\u0131rlar birbirini a\u011f\u0131rlar minvalinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmiyor mu? G\u00fcndemin son s\u0131ras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 konular \u00f6n planda tutulup nefes t\u00fckettirilmekten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yap\u0131lm\u0131yor mu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir \u00fclkede bilinci s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirilen bireyler ayn\u0131 gen aktar\u0131m\u0131 gibi kendinden sonra gelecek ki\u015filere de bunlar\u0131 aktar\u0131yor. Art\u0131k ak\u0131n kara, karan\u0131n ak oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7inde, farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek &#8216;insan olmama&#8217; gibi bir durumla damgalan\u0131yor. Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, &#8216;i\u015f olsun torba dolsun, dostlar al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fte g\u00f6rs\u00fcn&#8217; bab\u0131nda bir \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemiyor. Halka anlat\u0131lmayan, g\u00f6sterilmeyen ya da \u00fczerinde durulmayan, anl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc olarak g\u00f6sterilen \u015feylerin arka plan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi i\u00e7inde egemen g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan muhalif olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Hak, hukuk, adalet, payla\u015f\u0131m yan\u0131nda; s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeye, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa, yozla\u015fmaya ve bilin\u00e7 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de muhalif oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ey toplum; e\u011fer sen fakirsen, a\u00e7san, siyasi ve ekonomik g\u00fc\u00e7 sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyorsan, bunun sebebinin egemenlerin sana anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hikayeler olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bil. Yolsuzluk ve h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k alm\u0131\u015f ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 gidiyor ve hukuk da buna set \u00e7ekemiyor, adalette k\u00f6rle\u015fmi\u015fse ve bunlar\u0131 kimse \u00e7\u00f6zm\u00fcyorsa, bilin ki hepsi egemenlerin y\u00fcz\u00fcndendir \u015feklinde mealen bilgiler aktar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, \u00e7o\u011fu \u00fclkede ya\u015fanan sosyal felaketlerin ve yozla\u015fman\u0131n k\u00f6kenlerini a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde ifade ediyor. D\u00fcnyaya dayat\u0131lan Avrupa-Merkezli bak\u0131\u015fa a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n beslendi\u011fi kayna\u011f\u0131 da g\u00f6steriyor. Bilimin bile Avrupa bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla nas\u0131l pespaye edildi\u011fini de g\u00f6steriyor. Bir tak\u0131m ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n Avrupa-Merkezli bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in se\u00e7ildi\u011finden de bahsediyor. Televizyonlardaki tart\u0131\u015fma programlar\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli hep ayn\u0131 ki\u015filerin bozuk plak gibi ayn\u0131 \u015feyleri tekrarlamas\u0131 ve dan\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 olarak kavga ettirilmesi de ger\u00e7eklerin gizlenmesi ve sadece o kavgaya odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bir kurgudan ibarettir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyaya egemen olan Avrupa-Merkezli bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sosyoloji arkas\u0131ndaki ba\u015f temsilcilerinin de nesnel de\u011fil tamamen \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla olaylar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi ve &#8216;Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217; tezini ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fcklerinden bahsediyor. Bu tezin d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne devam etti\u011fini ifade eden Ba\u015fkaya, \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc D\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerindeki ayd\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n da Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc savunan bilimcileri besledi\u011fini; kendi topraklar\u0131n\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, dinini, dilini, tarihini bilmeyen veya bilse bile Avrupa -Merkezli bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla olaylar\u0131 yorumlayan z\u00fcmrenin ancak onlar\u0131n s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmaktan \u00f6teye gidemeyeceklerini de anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Birinci ve \u0130kinci Payla\u015f\u0131m Sava\u015flar\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131n bile ger\u00e7eklerin sapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 neticesinde &#8216;D\u00fcnya&#8217; sava\u015f\u0131 olarak nitelendirildi\u011fini ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fikret ba\u015fka, &#8216;bilim&#8217; denilen burjuva iktisat hakk\u0131nda da bilgiler veriyor. Okullarda \u0130ktisat derslerinde bilim diye egemen g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan halka yutturulan i\u00e7i bo\u015f de\u011ferlerden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rneklerle anlat\u0131yor. Yoksulluk varsa bunun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zenginlik de var. E\u011fer zenginlik kavram\u0131 kapitalizmin kelimeleriyle anlat\u0131l\u0131yorsa, a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131yorsa zaten sorunun k\u00f6kenine inilmedi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patagonyadaki bir bakan\u0131n, kendi \u015firketinden devlete fahi\u015f fiyatla mal satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi\u011fi halde bununla ilgili hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yap\u0131lm\u0131yorsa, b\u00f6yle bir ortamda siz, hangi adalet, hukuk ve siyasetten bahsedilebilirsiniz. Ya da kimlerin adaleti, hukuku ve siyasetinden? Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, g\u00fczel kelimeler ve umut vaat eden s\u00f6ylemlerle halk\u0131n uyu\u015fturuldu\u011funu ifade ederken, yozla\u015fman\u0131n k\u00f6k\u00fcne inmeden ve onun da ad\u0131 telaffuz edilmeden bu soygunun, yolsuzlu\u011fun, sefaletin de sona ermeyece\u011fini yeri geldi\u011finde basit yeri geldi\u011finde akademik c\u00fcmle ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131yla anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, salt kapitalizmi ya da burjuva iktisat\u0131 da ele\u015ftirmiyor. Marksizm&#8217;e de yer veriyor. Ve Marks&#8217;\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131 ve s\u00f6ylemleriyle daha sonra Marksizm ad\u0131n\u0131 alan eylemlerin ya da ideolojilerin aras\u0131ndaki farklara da de\u011finiyor. Buras\u0131 da yine \u00e7ok dikkatli okunup irdelenmesi gereken bir k\u0131s\u0131m olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Neden b\u00f6yle diyor ve s\u00f6ylemlerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l doldurdu\u011funu da okuduk\u00e7a anl\u0131yoruz. Marks&#8217;\u0131n s\u00f6ylemlerini genelden \u00e7ekip alarak dar bir alana oradan da bir parti ideolojisi (ki, onun da yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu) haline getirmek, Marks&#8217;a yap\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck haks\u0131zl\u0131k kadar, egemenlerin ekmeklerine de ya\u011f s\u00fcrmekten ba\u015fka bir \u015feye yaramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Bu sayede Marks&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc diyalektikten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p daralt\u0131l\u0131p feti\u015f ve k\u00fclt haline getirildi\u011finden bahsediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitap yava\u015f yava\u015f sindire sindire okundu\u011funda al\u0131nacak lezzet ve \u00f6\u011frenilecek bilgi daha dar art\u0131yor. Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, &#8216;Kral \u00c7\u0131plak&#8217; diyebilen az say\u0131daki insandan biridir. O da kolaya ka\u00e7\u0131p suya sabuna dokunmayan egemen g\u00fc\u00e7lerin s\u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yap\u0131p g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn edebilirdi. Fikirlerin dolay\u0131 i\u00e7eri girse de karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmak i\u00e7in her daim \u0131\u015f\u0131k yakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7eviri olarak okudu\u011fumuz \u00e7ok say\u0131da kitapta Bat\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n d\u00fcnyay\u0131 nas\u0131l ele ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi dolayl\u0131 yollarla anlat\u0131l\u0131rken, Fikret Ba\u015fkaya, c\u00fcmleleri doland\u0131rmadan &#8220;net&#8221; konu\u015fuyor. Herkesin okumas\u0131nda fayda var. Kafalarda olu\u015fturulan &#8216;bizimkiler&#8217;, &#8216;sizinkiler&#8217; c\u00fcmlelerini bir tarafa b\u0131rak\u0131p topyek\u00fbn her t\u00fcrl\u00fc s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde bir \u015feyler de\u011fi\u015febilir.
